Simply Legal Secures Lexcel
Simply Legal are pleased to announce we have secured the national Law Society’s
prestigious legal practice quality mark, Lexcel. Lexcel is a quality mark for recognition of
meeting excellent client care, compliance and practice management.
Lexcel is an independently assessed and a recognised accreditation scheme which is
specifically designed for the legal profession. Lexcel gives assurance that a practice is
meeting high standards. It demonstrates a firm’s commitment to consistently deliver services
that meet and exceed client expectations, whilst excelling in both compliance and practice
management.
To gain the Lexcel accreditation, our practice underwent a rigorous assessment process.
The Lexcel assessment process is robust and sets the standard in seven different areas:
structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people
management, risk management, client care, file and case management.
Since we have implemented changes into our processes and embraced the Lexcel Standard, we have since had further client retention, meticulous regulatory compliance, file time management and efficiency in the way we work.
